SEEC does not sell customer lists or personal information to list brokers, marketing firms, or to other third parties.

Information Choices and Changes

The Download Center

The Download Center is the password-protected area of our Site for use by our customers and prospective customers. Logging in to the Download Center requires a User ID and a password.

Your password is the private key to your account. Anyone with knowledge of your User ID and password can gain access to your account. Accordingly, you must keep your password secret. You agree to be solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of your password, as well as for any actions or communications through the Site using your password. Notify SEEC immediately if you become aware of any loss or theft of your password or any unauthorized use of your password. SEEC reserves the right to delete or change a password at any time and for any reason.

After you have finished your visit to the Download Center, please log-off to prevent someone else from accessing this area of the Site under your User ID and password.

SEEC takes reasonable precautions to protect your information from inadvertent disclosure and intrusion by third parties. Technical measures include use of firewall protection and encryption technology, where appropriate.
